Description

After door-to-door vacuum and knife sales flop, Frank takes Dee to the docks to meet a contact for their next business venture. The "contact" turns out to be Charlie, now living dockside in a cardboard box and fishing for crabs. Dee is not amused.

Race Street Pier was redeveloped in 2011 and is now a public park.
